Olive oils and Balsamic Vinegar's are like fine wines, They need to be stored properly.

Store in a cool dry place, they are best if kept between 48 and 68 degrees .

Do Not refrigerate olive oil or balsamic vinegar after opening.

Make sure the lid is on tight. Enjoy!
