Refund policy

Order Assurance Policy:

Every bottle is hand-filled and sealed for freshness. All orders are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery.

Because our oils and vinegars are food items, all sales are final.

If your package arrives with visible damage, please refuse delivery with the carrier. Refusing delivery allows us to initiate a claim with UPS/FedEx and send a replacement if applicable.
